Why do you want to become a staff member? Because i have been a staff member before on this server. Also because i like the server.
What skills do you bring to the staff team? I have owned a server. Im Event Manager on one server. Also T-Mod on another server.
Scenarios: Scenario 1. Someone is rdming people. What do i do? if that person is massrdming i would ban him for MassRDM. Scenario 2. Someone is failrping. What do i do? I would warn that person failrping for FailRP. If he keept FailRP'ing i would warn him/her again. If that person was FailRP'ing again i would have banned that person. Amount of time for ban depends of what kind of failrp. Scenario 3. Someone is minging and trying or has for example pressed the button. What do i do? I would kick him. if he rejoins and tryies to do it again i would ban him for 1 week or more.
Other comments: I hope i get accepted. I will be recording some videos on the server if i have time and yeah i hope the person reading this has a great day!.
For the Scenarios include 3 detailed, descriptive paragraphs about what you would do for different situations: Well i kind off wrote it up ^^ but ill do it again. Anyway if someone was RDM'ing i would warn x3 then ban. If someone was FailRP'ing i would warn x3 then ban. If someone was minging i would kick directly then ban.
